As a courtesy, our office files dental insurance claims for our patients. It is important to remember that as your provider we can only file claims on your behalf. Your dental benefits are a contract between your employer and the insurance company. We do our best to estimate and optimize insurance benefits for each patients personalized treatment plan. We gladly participate with Anthem (PP Plus Plan and Tier 3 Dental Blue), WellPoint, Delta Dental, United Healthcare, and Benecare (Premium Only). We accept all other insurances that allow the patient to choose a dental provider out of their network.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept certified checks, cash, and Credit cards (Master Card or Visa). We also offer interest free financing through Care Credit and Citi Card.
Please be aware that our office is one that does not believe in double-booking patients, which means that you can expect to be seen promptly when making an appointment here. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. Due to the patient-friendly policy, we must emphasis the importance of keeping any appointment you make here. In the event that a situation arises and you simply cannot keep an appointment, we ask you give us 48 hour notice, or, minimally, 24 hour notice, Less than 24 hour notice cancellations will be charged a fee of $40 per half hour of reserved time.
